We are not a restoration shop, body shop or mechani, we simply track down these very Special,rare,unique or just quirky beauties where ever they are in the country and save them from sure death at Crusher .

Today we bring you an 1980's gem, a 1-OWNER 1989 Subaru Leone better known asDL Wagon .The Subaru Leone is a compact car produced by the Japanese car manufacturer Subaru from 1971 to 1994 . It was released as a replacement to the Subaru 1000 and was the predecessor to the Subaru Impreza. All Leones were powered by the Subaru EA boxer engine. This particular DL came with a 5-Speed manual transmissio, and a very economical and reliable 4cyl engine,and its in what looks to be Original/Unrestored conditio, with only 100,273 miles . Found and rescued this Very cool wagon from Virgina,U, after very likely seating unused for some time. At the time of its introduction, the Leone was Subaru's top model until 1989, when the larger Legacy was introduced.Please take a few minutes to read through our description .

INTERIOR : looks all original and in very good shape for a vehicle this old, other then some discoloration on dash and door handles I cant really say anything negative about it, just remarkable for a 30 year old car, you can really tell this car was loved . EXTERIO, again looks all original down to the wheel center caps and Metallic Blue Paint, one center cap its missing, and paint it faded through out the car, some areas more then others, mainly on the roof and driver side, has a couple of rust spots on on the lower edge of both rear quarter panels but other than that its really rust free and with a clean/straight body line, all doors open and close very smooth. MECHANICALLY, was found in running and driving conditio, will need to be service, has a A/C but its not blowing cold, shifter feels a little loose and wobbly but it goes thought all gear fin, brakes work, radio works, lights work . As always, we advice a personal inspection before driving any classic car and as expected for any classic car that has not been used in a while it may also need further serviced, tuning and inspections before safely taking it on the road . Its already a very cool car, cant wait to see what it will look like if the right person gets a hold of it, if you are looking for a classic on a budget here is your chance.
