Description of 1993 Toyota Tacoma

Up for auction: 1993 Toyota Extended cab 4x4 pickup truck. This truck has a 6 cylinder engine. automatic transmission. engine only has 75K on it. Runs and drives great. pretty smooth ride for a 4x4 and strong. The 4-wheel drive works great had her out in the snow just this morning. The truck had been sitting for several years when I purchased it and started to do the restore. Interior is in good condition. driver seat has typical rips but other than that the interior is fairly clean. nice dash no cracks. This truck is unique. gets a lot of looks and positive comments. Just had a fresh Rhino liner paint job. Looks great and adds a tough protective skin to her. Almost all brake lines have been replaced with the exception of those under the hood that were still in good condition. New front and rear brake calipers. pistons. and pads. Recently replaced the fuel line and filter. Frame has always been solid but it was recently wired wheeled and then the underbody was sprayed with Automotive under coating. Bed has been removed and a cool little plywood flatbed was installed with stainless Boston whaler rails. Also replaced the plugs. wires. belts. and antifreeze. The few remaining items left to repair or replace:The emergency break needs attention - doesn’t fully engage. Was told that the front passenger side tie rod should be replaced but cant tell when driving it. The break. single. running. and tail lights all work but you need to run it with the head lights on or the blinkers won’t work. It’s because we converted from a 5 wire to a 3 wire set without using a conversion box it never bothered me because I drive with the headlights on anyway but if it’s a problem it can be fixed with a 40. 00 conversion box.
