1985 FJ-6, J60, oyota Landcruiser, y baby, as to go :-( Anyway, ere's the deal.... I bought this truck years ago from UTAH (7yrs)b/c it was solid without rust. I brought it up here and had the engine out redid it with new clutch and all the other stuff. RUNS GREAT. I didn't do the bottom end b/c mechanic said it was in great shape but did new head gasket not b/c it needed it but b/c I wanted to paint the engine up nicely and since it was out I thought it would be a good idea. I used all the best parts. I replaced carb with 38 Weber for some extra pep but I have two extra carbs that come with truck (one orig carb and one new similar to orig carb)and many other original parts. I have an extra set of original seats that will come with it if it goes for buy it now price. The seats and interior in it are fine and original except side of drivers seat and stain on rear seat. If winner wants me to replace the two with the otherseats that's fine. New tires, S exhaust, adiator, an clutch, ngine clutch and throwout bearing, ilot bushing, reaseable anti-inversion shackles, eavy duty leafs, hocks, ushings, uneup, riginal paint color but high dollar urethane (hood and roof were stripped first), ll windows removed for paint,etc....... Lots of money invested in this truck. I'm starting to get RA and its hard for me to use clutch sometimes. I'm going to put money down on FL house. The paint on this truck is AWESOME!!! The only paint issue was rear hatch when I opened it upit boinkedsomething and it's touched up now (very small boink that isn't what I would call a dent but more like a small ding that's touched up. The rear hatch and gate are solid and nice and so are all of the door jams and every other part of truck. Front bumper has small push dent. Rear windshield squirter not hooked up but the line is there and you can hook it up. YOU WILL BE GETTING A VERY SOLID TRUCK that lived out west in dry weather and then moved out East into my garage for 7 years and 4K miles, OT A RUST BUCKET ORA RUSTY REPAIR JOB, THIS is original FJ60 solid. I put heavier springs that raised it an inch or a bit more but they're Toyota FJ60 springs. While there I changed shocks, tc. Front axle rebuilt with anything else. I have a new set of tie rod ends etc. Paypal Deposit within2 days (48 hrs.) of $500, ull payment within 7 days. I can hold it longer but payments and shipping arrangements must be made. Please only bid if you have money and the ok to move forward. Once again, 'm using money for part of payment toward house for retirement or I probably wouldn't think of selling it. I was planning on driving it forever. The truck is great but it is being purchased AS-IS. Come drive it and love it. Everything works except front headlight squirter (and rear hatch squirter)isn't hooked up, ront windshield squirter works fine; including nice cold A/C and hot heat. Original AM/FM Radio doesn't seem to get stations well, ot sure if its antenna or just needs serviced? I HAD THIS SINCE AUGUST 2008 and only put 4K miles on it after spending thousands upon thousands of dollars getting itdone. OK, ne thing needs replaced is charcoal canister; the gas tank was holding pressure so I just switched the lines up front and fixed that issue but sometimes you smell some gas. Just started happening or I would have bought a new canister b/c they're not expensive and they are something that you need to replace every 100K or so. ALSO, he pics are on my driveway that slants down so THE TRUCK DOESN"T SAG it's just the driveway. TRUCK SITS REALLY NICE! Thank you. P.S. HERE's AN IDEA - IF YOU BUY THE FJ60 at Buy it Now price I'll throw in the FJ55 parts truck. The pig has a good title but the body is completely shot, ut its all there. Finally, have lots of air-cooled VWs for sale soon as well. GHIA Converts, uses of diff types, it cars, tc. Also, heck out my Jeep parts for sale on Ebay. I'm restoring a YJ and a CJ next.
