This 1975 Toyota FJ40 is the perfect candidate for a ground up restoration. It is totally complete and runs extremely well. It comes with the lift off hardtop. hard doors. like new soft convertible top and lots of extras. It was bought by the owner of our dealer group with the idea of doing a full restoration. As time has gone by our service department has gone through the suspension. and drive train as needed to make it a good driving truck. It is the type of project that will really pay off in the long run for someone willing to spend the time to do all of the cosmetics. Most of these trucks are total rust buckets and not worth the time and effort required to bring them back to a high quality state. We would love to do just this sort of thing to it but we always seem to have other more current projects to occupy our time. If you've got that time this will be a great one when finished. Keep in mind you could just drive it like it is until the time to restore comes around.
