Description of 1980 Toyota Corolla 2 door hardtop

Hey Guys! I am selling my 1980 Toyota Corolla, t has gone through a lot of work but it is time to part ways with her. Car is super CLEAN and worth the read!
ENGINE:
Car originally came from California and had a 2TG swap in it and many other goodies after a few weeks in ohio the 2TG blew up and the car went through a total overhaul. the car has since been swapped again and is now running a 20 valve Silvertop 4AGE. if you dont know anything about corollas then the 20v is the king of all 4A's. the motor came from a AE101 Corolla and was originally FWD, he motor is then adapted to a T50 transmission from an AE86 making the motor RWD. Motor was rebuilt 6 years ago with Toyota OEM pistons and much more. Has 5 valves per cylinder and VVTi on the intake cam, his motor also has a TRD headgasket which bumps compression up to a Blacktop AE111 motor which is 11:1. Motor also has a stainless OBX header and full custom 2.5" exhaust all the way back. the Motor does have 4 throttle bodies standard but does not have factory Velocity Stacks, o do this the car is ran off of a Haltech Sprint 500 ECU. The 4A has 75mm velocity stacks that make the greatest sound in the world. Also has Honda S2000 Coilpacks wired in with haltech ECU. its all mated to a T50 tranny with 6 puck clutch and lightweight flywheel. Car made 140 HP to the wheels on the dyno (Have Proof) and revs all the way to 9000 RPM. this is really good compared to the 165hp (to the crank) Toyota claimed from the factory, nd they were known to lie about power outputs on this motor.
BODY:
Car came from California, his car is rust free 100%, ike literally 0 rust. Could not be any cleaner underneath, ooks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Car was originally painted red and the only way i knew that was because one tow hook has a little paint left on it. Car was completely stripped down to nothing and had amazing bodywork and painted inside and out! its all painted, ngine bay, nside of doors, oll cage, ehind dash, runk, ll of it! all panels are dent free except one little dent on the roof, ngine bay is nice and tucked with lots of holes filled and smoothed out to give a nice clean look. car looks really good in person, ictures dont do it justice. Hood is painted Matte black to give it a nice aggressive look coming down the road. all lights and turn signals work and are free of cracks and blemishes, ar also has quad headlights which really good compared to the USDM brick headlights. Car has had all key holes and trunk latches removed, illed, nd painted to give a nice tucked look. ( no keys to car, ust a battery cutoff and a push start)
INTERIOR:
Not much to say here, ar is nearly completely gutted. car has a single seat (MOMO racing seat), riginal dash board, nd a roll cage painted to match car, gallon fuel cell in trunk with really nice AN fittings a double fuel pumps, ther then that not much else, ust a wall to separate driver from fuel cell. car currently does not have seat belts, ave not had time to weld in harness bar to run harnesses over it. will come with harness bar if not done yet.
TRANNY and REAR END:
T50 transmission from AE86, hen bolted to AE86 driveshaft. rear end is stock TE72 rear end which is equal to a corolla gts SR5 rear end. Car does have loud differential whine to it, believe this to be caused by a previous diff blowing up which caused metal shavings to get into a bearing causing it to make a really loud whine. Car will come with extra diff that looks rebuild able ( looks like it has sat for awhile but still looks good ) CAR STILL RUNS AND DRIVES!
CHASSIS ans SUSPENSION:
Corolla has AE86 subframe which the 20v 4AGE bolts right up to, ar also has AE86 rack and pinion, E86 Steering Column. Now onto the suspension, p front we have AE86 techno toy tuning coilovers, echno toy tuning camber plates and top hats. Q and A coiovers in the back with adjustable dampening, egan Racing pan hard bar, trut tower brace across motor. Wheels are Sport Max 16 x 8 ( watanabes) with some nice sticky Yokohamas up front.

this car costs alot of money to build and im taking a loss but im ready to move on. if you think its over priced go build one yourself and see how much money you dump into these type of cars. Car can do anything though, ut seat belts in it and do a track day, hen go to a car show the next day and break some necks. trying to import a car from japan and need the money.
