Very well maintained FJ60 that has obviously been pampered and deliberately preserved. This is an all-original, numbers matching, Japan built FJ60 with 58,000 original miles (verified). This is a two-owner vehicle, titled in California and originally sold in California. All receipts and records will be included with purchase. The truck has been stored indoors, has never been off-road, and has never been used for towing. Basically this is a clean, 100% turn-key ready FJ60. Simply just display and drive.

Condition Details: The interior is missing a visor clip. This is an AC optioned FJ60 and the system works but gets cool at best. Has Goodyear Wrangler HT tires, these are heavy duty all-weather tires and have a nice ride. The body is straight, never any collisions or Bondo repairs. All the body panel gaps line up as they should. The paint is original and in acceptable condition, it gets waxed once a year and still shines. However the paint is 32 years old and is deteriorating on the roof. If you’re going to send this thing through Mecum or Barrett Jackson you’re going to want to spray it first. All the glass, signals, and emblems are factory original. All door and weather seals are practically in showroom condition. Original parts for these FJs are no longer manufactured by Toyota so at this point if you have an all original FJ60 it makes for a strong investment.

Mechanical Details: You are buying from a very meticulous owner, I have enjoyed keeping this FJ60 in perfect running order over the years. All original Toyota 2F engine set to factory specifications and professionally serviced. OEM Asian Carburetor refreshed and perfectly adjusted, valves kept to OEM .008’’ and .014’’, timing set to OEM +7 tdc, ignition system always kept fresh, radiator professionally flushed, all hoses in new condition, all vacuum lines are kept new, all vacuum systems tested and in optimum condition, pulls a very healthy and steady 22psi vacuum, compression is a consistent 150psi in all cylinders (video is available). The smog numbers are impressive and also show the engine is in factory optimum condition. Toyota emissions manual included with purchase. All the fluids (diffs, trans, transfer, engine) are always kept fresh.
