Description of 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser

Selling my baby doll, my daily driven (for last 4+ years) '90 fj62. Ready to drive anywhere. Fly in, drive home.

Truly one of a kind. No expense spared. I bought it in terrible shape and brought her back from the dead. 3m "hot rod black" paint job, rhino lined front and back aftermarket (Manafre and ARB) bumpers and grill guard and wheel wells. Custom black "Jester" 17" wheels with Federal Couragia 32" M& T tires. Interior in excellent condition with newer front seat upholstery (marine grade vinyl) and Spectre OffRoad black rubber diamond plate floors over original brown carpet.

Original everything except paint, wheels, bumpers, and transmission (replaced at 175k with a used version). Newer front and rear rotors (drum in rear), new radiator cored, starter, front end and leaf springs, growly exhaust, a/c condenser, a/c blower motor, etc, etc. Professional adult owned and loved. I drive this thing all over North Texas, to the lake, long trips, short trips. She pulls my boat and she makes my kayak, biking, and trips to Lowe's for me. So it's not babied, and that's what they were designed for. Will hate to see her go but moving on to newer toys.

AC and heat work excellent. Original radio does the trick. Just installed front tweeters to allow listening over the loud road noise from the mudtires and new exhaust drone. Power windows work great except passenger side window only goes up from driver's controls, not down??? Power locks simply don't work, I give up!

No rust on body. No noticeable or problematic underneath. I will try to add numerous photos below. Paint looks amazing. It is starting to road chip in a few places and a couple spots in door jams and some edges are slightly peeling off but still looks awesome.

Ready to roll anywhere you want her to go. 4wd works great. Original factory lockers.

Problems: Window and lock issue mentioned, oil leak from pan and possible slightly around the filter housing, trans slow leak at trans pan, probably could use a leaf spring in rear, interior "trunk" area is well used could use some cleanup and touch up paint back there, tires will need replaced sometime soon. Newer spare tire that I never mounted underneath so not sure if it will or not.

CLean, clear Texas title owned by me. Tons of receipts dating back to 2000 or so. Call me with any questions.

Forgot to mention: I replaced the horn with a separate button with a train horn. Also have KC lites up front that work.

Couple questions have come up: as far as carfax, I will include pictures below of the clean carfax. This is a gasoline engine, not diesel. The smog equipment is all still there, essentially intact with the exception of the U check valve connection broke. I hold it on with gorilla tape. Exhaust sounds throaty, not overbearing. It was a nice update to original.
