No Nj state inspection needed for cars 1995 and older.Great car with top down or up.Comes with custom fit car cover, top cover and new front/rear brake pads and rotors (uninstalled).All maintenance is up to date. Starts right up and idles as it should. Everything works. Timing belt done, tune up done, new oil and water pump done. This celica was loved.Has a very small downshift grind going into third but doesn't affect driving or shifting. |
