Description of 1986 Toyota Pickup Pickup Truck 22R 4x4 |
Toyota Dan here!Check out this low mileage truck. Will need tires (excellent tread but dry rotted inside tread). Extensive maintenance records dating back to 1986. Runs great, shifts great. No smoke or leaks. 4wd works great. I purchased this truck from an older gentleman who purchased it from the original owner at around 30k miles. He kept detailed maintenance records in a small notebook starting at around 30k miles up through 150k miles. In the late 90's to early 2000's, he began to fix the truck up with the intentions for giving it to his daughter and installed a new fuel module and factory Aisin carburetor. He bought new BFG All Terrains and made a custom flat bed with tube bumpers. It is a pretty solid old truck, but does have some small rust places on the cab (it is not rotten). He also fixed a few spots on the frame and POR-15 treated them (almost 17 years ago). He said the timing chain and clutch were both replaced around 150k as well. Unfortunately, he never gave it to his daughter to drive and the tires ended up dry rotted from sitting, otherwise this is a nice old truck. The exhaust has been replaced as well. It runs good, but is probably due for a service (plugs, fluids, etc.) If you're adventurous, you could certainly drive it home. Otherwise, I'm happy to meet a shipper and load it on their trailer or yours. $500 deposit withing 24 hours - full payment within 7 days. I can store the truck for up to 30 days for you. Clear title. Please, if you bid, follow through and pay. It cost money to sell on Ebay, even if the buyer flakes, the seller still gets charged, period. I won't waste your time, please don't waste mine. VADLR. |
