Your chance to own the holy grail of Land Cruisers. HZJ77 is the 70 series 4 door wagon that the United States never got. Fully titled and registered in the USA so the hard work at the DMV has been completed for you. the legendarily reliable 1HZ naturally aspirated straight six diesel and leaf springs on all four corners this is a true heavy duty cruiser not to be confused with the LJ78 Prado its more light duty cousin. Factory front and rear e-lockers and 4.11 gears make quick work of even the most daunting obstacles. This is the ZX trim which means you also get amenities such as power doors, locks, mirrors, and sunroof. Bluetooth stereo. A/C blows ice cold. Also you will be riding in comfort on long overland trips thanks the the factory suspension seats. This cruiser is in extremely good condition for its age and is very well cared for. It was purchased in Japan and brought back to the states with me about 6 months ago. I drove the truck for over a year in Japan with not a single issue during that time. It is garaged and driven about once a week to make sure everything stays in working order. The cruiser has been re-painted once in the original white from what I can tell. There is one small bubble of rust under the paint on the rear right corner panel, and some small rock chips on the front fenders as can be seen in the pictures. There is also a small ding on the drivers side door. The chrome has some pitting and wear as can be expected being 26 years old. The tires are showing their age. Tread is okay, but have areas of dry rot. The dash clock decides to work somedays, and not other days. Other than that I have not found any areas of concern. From people that have inspected the vehicle, importers and exporters, all stated they had not seen an original HZJ77 in this good condition. Don't let the RHD scare you, it has incredibly good visibility, no blind spots, and it has not been a problem for me back in the States. This is truly a dream car of mine, but due to the size of my family its time to let someone else enjoy it as much as I have.
Included with cruiser I have a spare Bradley V wheel (gray) and rear door spare mount. Also have factory tail lights, repair manual, and steering wheel, it has some cracked vinyl that can be easily repaired by a vinyl repair shop.
