Description of 1991 Toyota MR2 TURBO

Collector condition Toyota MR2 TURBO For sale.
Very rare Canadian-market example, having lived its' entire life in downtown Toronto. Only ever driven in summer, and stored in heated storage for the fall and winter months. The previous owner never let the car see rain, though I've been caught in the rain once or twice.
I bought this from the original owner last year, who meticulously maintained the car. He kept all of the receipts, always maintained at the dealership. The car comes with a folder of service records from new, as well as the original bill of sale. Very rare to have an MR2 turbo in this condition, let alone with the desirable leather option (seats are in fantastic shape).
I have tons of pictures of the car, and the car is advertised elsewhere (so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time).
Similar cars with comparable mileage and condition, have been selling over the last 12 months on BaT (Bring a Trailer) for $22-23.5kUSD, and one sold in December with 76k miles (120k kms) for $17,777USD. A repainted example with the same mileage as this car sold on BaT last year for $16kUSD. Two years ago (2017) on BaT, another red 91 with the same mileage as this one sold for $18,580USD.
