No Reserve on an all original untouched truck!Are you looking for a project, hard to find awesome vehicle that you can drive and have fun while you are fixing it up?This truck is perfect for that!There are not many of these trucks to be found with the short bed and air conditioning. Yes it is not pretty, but would not take much to have a great looking, fun to drive classic that will only gain in value. This truck is an awesome investment!
There are a few areas of rust through on the bed and under the front edge of the hood, but these are minor compared to what is usually found. Nothing has been covered up or body filler patched on this truck, so what you see is what you get.
The truck has been sitting inside storage since 2015, I have too many projects so regretfully I have decided to sell it. The truck is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time and cancel any bids.
What I know:Truck is from Georgia and has only small areas of surface rust with a perfect frame!I bought it in Kentucky in 2015 from a fellow Toyota collector who purchased it in Georgia in 2014, it was last registered in Georgia in 2011.I transferred the title and registered it in PA in 2017 but never got it on the road until now.Has factory air that does not work, but I have not seen very many of these with air!Interior is ready for some TLC; however the dash is NOT CRACKED and overall aside from the missing carpet and holesin the door panels from speakers it is all there.Exterior has some patina on the original paint scheme and the stickers are pretty sad from exposure to the sun.The bed which is a made in US Item (trucks were shipped cab only and then the bed installed in LA) has a few minor rust through spots on the seams, but nothing major, the floor is solid.Got the truck out of storage last month and redid the brakes (new calipers and rotors, complete rear brakes including new wheel cylinders), the brake lines are perfect and everything came apart easily (southern trucks are great to work on)!I also installed a new master cylinder, wiper blades, muffler, straight tail pipe and battery.Appears to have a fairly new carburetor and new air filter.Truck has Toyota late 80s Model Steel Wheels (with spacers on the front to clear the tie rod ends due to difference in offset) and includes a set of aftermarket steel wheels with 31X10.5 tires that are weather checked, see the pictures.The truck has a new PA inspection
Great little truck! Now that I have driven it am starting to have second thoughts about selling it, hurry and take it off my hands before I change my mind!
