Description of 1982 Toyota Supra

1982 Toyota (Celica) Supra. 5 Speed Manual Transmission.2.8 DOHC Inline 6 cylinder (5MGE).127,733 miles (though I do drive it short distances on occasion, so the mileage may increase slightly).
Selling due to a need for funding for a career change. This car was a dream of mine to own after having one in the family many years ago.Reasonable offers will be considered.
Hard to find in this condition - essentially turn-key. A rare and true survivor, and arguably the best color combination. Red/Black exterior with black cloth interior.1982 was the 1st year of the 2nd generation (MK2) Supras
Exterior:Paint is original as far as I can tell - it's good, but not perfect. I've not put any wax on it, so I'm sure it could shine up a bit better. There is a section of what I think to be clear coat peeling/light scratch on the back passenger side bumper. Also, under the headlight on the driver's side the paint is a bit worn (I believe form a formerly used car cover). Very little rust - see pictures. They are hard to see, but there are some (minor) pencil eraser tip sized areas where there are a few rust/blemishes. Most notably these are on the underside of the doors, by the gas tank cover, hood, and by the sunroof. Again, all very minor as you can see from the pictures. The car looks great and is a real head-turner!
Interior:As you know if you've read this, the 2nd generation (MK2) Supra was made from 1982 to 1986. An interesting coincidence is that the last 4 numbers of the VIN are 8286. A new radio with aux jack is installed, though I do have the original radio which will come with the car. I'm not sure if the original radio works. There is also a small tube subwoofer in the trunk that will go with the car. I've not used the radio since last year. Though it does work, the speakers aren't the best.
Mechanical:Runs great. I'm not a mechanic, only an enthusiast - but everything works and was recently fully gone through this past Spring (see list of 'Recent work' below). I'd trust it to go across the country and back. AC is ice cold.
