Very solid Oregon car since new, has been in my garage in CT for 2 years. I have kept this car for a long time because I love the look of it. At 6'3" and 195 pounds I do not fit in it at all, so it is time to let it go. A driver will need to be 5'10" or less to be comfortable. Straight, rust free body with gorgeous show quality paint. It's been a driver so there are a few chip touch ups if you go looking and one small ding on the upper left front fender from a leaning mechanic. It has been re-powered by a 2.4 liter Toyota Celica 22R with the smooth shifting close ratio Toyota 5 speed, it has 25% more net horsepower and torque than original. Smooth and strong with sport exhaust, no smoke or bad noises, in fact it has never leaked a drop of anything except for a dime size spot from the rear differential cover. Great oil pressure, never gets hot. Tachometer not hooked up. New carpet and nice seats. Most of the lights work, turn signals do not. Wipers work. Car is a pure joy to drive and gets almost 30mpg. Nice vintage Ansen wheels with decent tires. Brakes work great, emergency brake too but it does not latch. Top is in very good shape, fits like a glove, has a small palm-sized stain on the vinyl window and is suitable for open transport. Glass is excellent, side windows roll up and down well. See photos! They tell the story! Taken in bright daylight, high resolution. This car is a very nice driver, with some work on details (mostly dashboard) could be a show car. Clean and clear blank Oregon title, signed by previous owner, nothing else filled in. There are NO issues with the title or VIN, I have driven it many times with the Oregon plates, just never registered it because I can only drive it for 15 minutes before the discomfort brings me home (I have a 35" inseam). True mileage is not known, speedometer does not work. I am 100 miles from NY city and did sell a Corvette to Austrailia 2-3 years ago and have a good reference there if there is any interest Down Under or elsewhere in the world. Car is tiny so transport is cheap. Of course, full payment must be made before the car or paperwork go anywhere. I am NOT interested in trades. Wire transfer or cash in person is the preferred payment.
