This is a very nice example of a 68 Triumph GT6 MK1. Very solid body and pan with no rust. The windshield was replaced with a new one along with the door panels, headliner,full carpet and reupholstered seats. Original chrome and polished stainless steel look good for it's age, some minor pitting on the bumpers and window trim with great looking stainless trim on top of the fenders. Both interior and exterior door handles are new. This car has the original center console with am/fm radio and crack free dash pad. All gauges and switches work with the exception of the inaccurate speedometer. I have made three attempts to find the correct unit for this car, not sure what the "SN" number should be for this year/model. The wire wheels are powder coated satin black with new tires, adapters and chrome knock-offs. Included are the original steel wheels,tires and caps.The motor runs strong, no smoke and is as clean inside as out. The four speed transmission and rare overdrive unit shifts well. Front coil springs were replaced with a new engineered lowered set.The paint is original color (royal blue) with three small areas of excessive buffing of an edge, easily repaired. (could not be detected in photos) Please, serious buyers only.
