1973 Triumph GT6 with rare-find electric overdrive. If you are collector, you know this is the one to keep. When I got this car 19 years ago, I only needed to paint and do some interior works. Well long story short, the guy kept the car with him for over ten years. During this period, the interior, carpets, seats and sidewalls were fully done. But need to be really detailed. The roof of the interior attest to this fact...immaculate sky blue. It has gathered dust over the years. The dash board need some good work. It has cracks all over finish from sitting. Also, the little button switch for the overdrive was removed and never replaced by my mechanic. You need to get a new one to control the overdrive. The car was also painted twice due my complains.I was not satisfied, he was going to paint it again the third time. He did all body fix with primer and all that. I decided to move the car away from him. When I used to drive it, it was a fun car with no issues. Engine ran great with no smoke and transmission shifted smoothly and even the overdrive was bliss on the highway, compared to TR6 that has no overdrive anyway. The is very straight and rust free. But I remember that i had a bad exhaust at the tail end of the exhaust. I was going to replace it then, but didn't get around it. Well, that all to the best of y knowledge. My loss is yours. I paid $5K when I got it 19 years ago. It can be your for same. Call or text me with questions 9095107937. Good luck. Oh lest I forget. At the moment, I could not locate the key. If by the time the auction ends, and still cannot locate the key, I will either have the key made or replace the whole key ignition key assembly if you use BUY IT Now. By the way, it is registered to me in CA and currently non-operator with DMV. nothing is owed on it. Pink slip on hand. Car is totally rust free all over. Solid as a rock.
