I came across this TR in Denver at an old geezer’s place. He had operated a repair shop and had snagged this TR for himself. Add a few more years and now this old geezer (me) is realizing I’m not gonna get to it either. This is a cool TR3, rescue it.I threw a battery in it today and it started. No choke hookup so I did that by hand. She warmed up and we went for a ride. All there. The clutch was perfect as was the shifter. I couldn’t get going too fast as the brakes were a couple pumps away but they were there. Actually it looks to me as though someone had put a bunch of new parts in the brake and clutch systems. New master cyls new steel lines throughout car, steel flex line to clutch. The frame is not rusty. All rust issues are in the rocker panel boxes. Seams around the under hood, interior, and trunk are very nice. I believe it’s original powder blue paint that is flaking off. I can send you more pics if you contact me.This car does not have a title. In the title description I said reconstructed but that is not true. NO TITLE. Pay me and take the car.
