Ground up restoration.
Rings have not set yet.
Stanless spokes.
New tires.
Starts first kick.
The only thing I can see that is not correct ( Lucas ) is the hi/lo switch.
Has a 64/65 gas tank.
Everything works as it should.
New carb / exhaust / mufflers / seat.
Engine completely rebuilt.
Will be glad to assist in shipping within the US.
