1970 Triumph Spitfire Mark III. This car was purchased in 2000. It was a project car, we did not look at the mileage so when we went to the notary to have the title work done the previous owner stated it had 53000 miles. In reality it has 49410 miles. In 2012 the car was redone. The following items were replaced: brake shoes, wheel cylinders, calipers, brake pads, wheel bearings, clutch & brake master cylinders, exhaust system, all universal joints, water pump, fuel pump, alternator, all brake and fuel lines. The interior and body work was done. Both floor pans were replaced from front to back.The car has Mazda Miata seats. This car is all steel with no rust. The paint job is fair which has some nicks, orange peel and the paint shade varies in color.The last time the car was used was 2013. It has been in storage in my garage. The fuel tank leaked and damaged some paint in the trunk (see picture). I have replaced the fuel tank, blown out the fuel line, replaced the battery and changed the oil. I put some fresh gas in it and the car started up.The car is over 90% complete and would not take much to finish. I have not driven the car so I would recommend to trailer it until you could give it the once over. In the 2 summers I drove the car it never failed in any way. The car always started. It has been garage kept from the day I bought it. It is still dusty and dirty so this is somewhat of a barn find. I have spare and original parts including the original wheels and hub caps, which I will include. If you would want to ship the car you would have to make the arrangements. I will work with your shipper to get the car loaded. This car has a clean Pa. title. I did not list the VIN number for security purposes.
