Vehicle Details 1980 Triumph 30th anniversary edition TR7 Cabriolet. Has dedication plate on dash. It appears this car underwent a restoration some time in the past. The beautiful metallic orange paint is quite striking and unusual. The paint code indicates original color was a horrible russet brown. The car runs strong and seems to have had engine work done to it in the past. No smoking or burning oil and runs stronger than normal. There is no body damage and a few paint defects that are generally not noticeable. No large dents or scrapes. There is very little surface rust anywhere and no rust perforation. I have spent about $2500 on the car since I bought it. I put on new original Tartan style seat covers imported from England, refurbished wheel covers, new tyres, new leather steering wheel, new rear suspension springs and shocks. repaired gas tank. new rear deck carpet. fixed snaps on deck cover. The soft top has been removed for repairs to the snaps. It is included but not installed as I like the rear cover much better. I have some parts I have not yet installed. I have a new factory style spoiler for the front. I have new strut inserts and springs for the front as well as strut rebuild parts. All extra parts included. the extra parts add up to over $1000. I added a low pressure electric fuel pump. The only bad thing I can say about the car is the fuel gauge does not work, but I will include a new sending unit with the car. Also included is a black front bra and the carpet dash cover. Last time I looked there were no cracks on the dash. You get a free Triumph key FOB. On the highway I can get about 23-24 MPG.
