" Collector plate car " Modified steering and floor pan/trans tunnel to properly fit the engine. New powder coated spoked Mustang cobra wheels with nice tires. Some body rust only in rockers. Painted with Primer and satin black enamel as shown in pics. This project is 90% road ready. Just needs some interior finish work and electrical wiring to complete. Have all parts to complete. guage set. tach. seats. Pros Engine - Built 302 Ford V-8 runs strong. Trans - C-4 Ford shifts well. Roll bar installed. Powder Coated wheels Good tires Brakes gone through No leaks or smoke. Battery re-located to the trunk. B&M shifter. Holley Street Dominator intake. Holley 650 Dbl Pumper Carb. Licensed. Cons Some body rust. (rockers) Interior not complete/assembled. No top. No Wiper assembly. Nasty quick. I built one of these 23 years ago. This was a racing concept. It previously had ducting to the front calipers. What goes with this car !. Fresh powder on the wheel fake knock off inserts. This matches the wheels. not on vehicle at present. Did not fit the theme of the ride. Jig for working on vehicle ( See Pict's ). The jig has wheels to roll car around in garage. Recent upgrades / Mods. Brake system check leak test. crush washer replaced. Front swaybar adjustment / repair. and re-bushed neoprene. Battery located in trunk with tie downs installed. Kick down lever bush replaced on tranny to stop leak. I will be brief. What this car is not. A 30 thousand dollar resto / Mod. This is an american powered porsche spanking british race / fun car. It is titled with Washington state collector plates. ( Street legal ) Paperwork is tight. What it needs. Someone with some basic electrical skill sets to install and wire up the hood mounted tach. Install some guages. bolt down a seat and hang on. New guage set and tach go with vehicle I would suggest a four point harness and a fire suppression system. Just a joke there !. The door rockers are crusty. Doors close good. ( No sag ). Floor boards / frame are good. Door glass is removed and goes with car. No soft top or hard top. Shaved door handles. No lock. or trunk lock. Ignition keys (2) and a title. This motor has an aluminum intake ( Street Dominator ) / Single feed Dual pump Holley 650. It has the B & M cable ratchet system for manual positive lock - out for neutral. Reverse and Park. All requires manual overide on shifter. Mounted on stainless tranny tunnel. Original Straight axel ( Triumph ) third member. Street legal rocket ship. Front plate goes with ride ( TR-FORD ). This will B a lot of fun. I was going to mount the ignition in the dash with the new guage set. Temp. Oil Pressure and Voltage. No wipers or wiper blade assembly. It starts and drives. However. I would suggest tow her home. finish what it needs to make safe. ( Seats. Belts installed ) and the guage set. I have an old steering wheel that goes with this. You will also have 2 metal bucket seat frames and an upholstered / covered high back bucket seat with tracks. just needs holes and 4 bolts. ( Picts ). The paint is enamel. Some bodywork and sanding was done prior to Primer and then Rat rod satin black paint. If I was not 55 and slower than I used to be. I was gonna finish this puppy and blast around town. This is not a giveaway. Happy bidding. R/K |
