1969 Volkswagen Beetle Project, Finish this project car, w/Engine, Salvage Title

Up forbid is a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle. This is your chance to get an affordable classicVW air-cooled project car. It will need a few small things, ike the dash knobs, adio, ome carpeting pieces, oam dash, mongst a few odds and ends. This can bea PROJECT OR PARTS CAR. It does not run, ut with a little TLC can be up and running in no time. Pink slip in hand, urrently registered tillOctober (no back fees) but it does have a salvage title. As for a few details on the car.
All glass is clean and crack free.
Newer rubber throughout. New rubber exterior glass seals, ront, ack, oth rears.
New "Installed" Headliner. Professionally installed headliner, lack vinyl. Paid over $600
New seat covers for both front seats. Rear interior in good condition.
Paint was painted in two tone. Ford Competition Orange and Ford Oxford White. Will need to be repainted. It is fairly rough. There are scratches, ings, nd chips throughout. Right rear taillight will need to be painted to match the orange. Or drive as is.
Engine was rebuilt a few years ago, ual port 1641cc.It will need to be tuned up. Someone needs to just go through the entire engine. Needs timing checked.
Dual 40mm Kadrons. These need to be tuned and synced to the engine. This car does not run.It will crank, ut currently will not fire over. It will need the carbs synced and adjusted, alves adjusted, il changed, iming corrected, tc.. No warranty or guarantee on engine.
Compu-Fire Coil and Electronic Distributor.

Has Dual Port, ual Kadron 40mm carburetors.

Needs a stock turn signal switch. Previous owner put a aftermarket switch on the dash. The wiring may need to be looked at.
Empi 8 Spokes, eed to be cleaned, ainted, nd polished. They are showing their age, ut should clean up nicely. Will look great powder coated black. The car also comes with 2 stock wheels. Not sure of the age of any of the tires. They came with the car when I purchased it 4 years ago.
Rust with hole under the battery tray, ear passenger area. Will need to be removed, rimmed and a new panel welded in. Or drive as is.
The car basically just needs to be gone through and tuned up.This car does not run.It will crank, ut currently will not fire over. It will need the carbs synced and adjusted, alves adjusted, il changed, iming corrected, tc.. The clutch needs adjusting. Everything is there, t just needs a little time and elbow grease. It runs, ut you cant just drive it home. It will needminimal work.
Salvage Title from previous owner. I believe it was hit on the right rear fender. It has since been repaired, ut you can see where it was fixed under the rear wheel well.
