thisis my 1971 vw camper westy bus runs drives stops this van has no rot only hole in the van is in the battery tray amazing its so solid must be from California or Arizona I don't have any paper work to support that but the picks will revel how good it is body dos have sum miner damage on left front head lamp below lamp above bumper with some bad bondo work but no rot also right front wheel well has some damage minor and no rot most of van is very strait with no damage. all jack points and door jam dog legs floors are perfect even around all the glass frames. the rear bumper is bent can be fixed not to bad and again no rot paint is bad and some one went nuts with a spray primer can but she is solid engine has ben rebuilt but I have no paper work to confirm all the brakes have been replaced calipers rotors wheel bearings seals pins and pads also master cyl and boost all rubber lines and new rear shoes wheel cylinders and all hard were all new parking brake cables with a new steering stabilizer. have many new parts like panels full roof seal kit marker and directional lenses interior is in fear to good condition have all the original curtains sum new one is was going to use all five tires are brand new hand kooks and are the correct size wheels are painted with nice caps dash is in nice shape as well no cracks and good paint bad radio have one original front seat in nice shape but liked the 84 vanagon captain seats better camper canvas is fair has sum holes but all their if I left anything out you would like to know just ask and I have about 80 pictures of this van and under carriage I will help in any way I can with shipping but the cost is on you I can also offer delivery of van up to 100 miles of my home for a very good price I will only except cash or an ebay deposit and it must clear before the van is released I have the Connecticut registration of the last owner and a bill of sale for this van I do not have a title as in Rhode island it is not needed but not to fair I can register van and apply for one added to the cost of the sale. This bus has been totally looked over by bill benz of engines by benz in east providence R.I. He said this is a true diamond in the rough he has seen many vws in his 52 years in biss. Their is a kids bunk cart and a full bunk cart that are with the bus just to much to list again she is very, ery solid and complete I also have many more pic's of this bus and all glass is in very good shape even windshield. About the camper top is very good and will clean up nicely just like an old boat hull. Buses like this are getting hard to find,i didn't sand and paint the bus I wonted you to see it as it is not hiding anything. The pic's were taken at engine by benz shop. Thanks todd.
