This is a beautiful 1960 VW Beetle - Ragtop/large sunroof model. It is rust free and dent free. It is not a concourse car but it has been shown and won a number of times at car shows. The car came from the South before I restored it in the 1990's. Since then it has been driven lightly and spent all of it's life in my barn under cover. This car is a gem. There is some very slight pitting in some of the chrome but otherwise it is totally clean and rust free. It has no underbody paint so you can see that it is all dry as a bone. The car was beautifully and professionally painted to match the interior. Anything that was restored has been very carefully done to original specs. New battery and starter. All upholstery, arpet, ires, unroof, eadliner was replaced during the restoration and it is in great condition - not new but like new.Many cars on ebay are made out as better than they are but this one will not disappoint you. It is my car and I drove it for years. I am not a dealer.I have lowered the reserve to only $12k so bid away! Well worth the price.
