Description of 1973 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

This is definitely a project car. I purchased it 2 years ago but because of time constraints and a wife who doesn't like it sitting in the driveway, am opting to sell it.
I purchased new parts for it as far as original spark plugs, enses for the lights, riginal shift knob. I started on some body work just before winter came. I haven't done anything since.
All the glass is good except the windshield. It has a lot of rust but is completely salvageable with the right patience and skill set. It ran two years ago when I bought it, owever, he seller had a 5 gallon gas tank rigged up in the trunk (which he took with him). I don't know if the original tank is cracked or what. I never investigated. My focus was to get the body solid and work on the engine after. I know it needs brakes. I considered parting it out and maybe using the engine for a dune buggy, ut once again, ime constraints. I don't know specifics about the engine other than I was told it is all original. Selling as-is to be fair.
