This car was preserved under lock in key in an airport hangar for 5 years without being started. I bought the contents of the hangar through the bank. I am not a car aficionado, ut have had several beetle enthusiasts who work on cars only review and they came away impressed. I had new fuel lines, fuel tank, nd a generator put it. I also had the car detailed. It runs great and begins to vibrate around 55mph - it probably needs a wheel alignment, ut I am not going to put any more money into it. As the title to the car was lost with the previous owner, new title was issued courtesy of the courts. The odometer says 5198, ut I have no way of knowing or verifying. The floor boards are in good shape and all the original pieces and parts (top cover and keys) are included. There are a few rust spots on the bumpers (please review attached pictures), minor dent on the right, ack fender above the wheel and a small tear on the back left side of the convertible top.
