Description of 1973 Volkswagen Thing

This is a 1973 VW Thing Type 181. In perfect running condition. Shifts great, oes not pop out of any gears, ll new brakes, aster cylinder, heel cylinders and lines. Tires are in great condition. No rips or tears in the interior, o holes in the floor, ust free car. Original bumpers were just stripped and re-powder coated. New convertible top. Windows are in great condition and are the plastic version not glass. Car was painted a couple of years ago and still has lots of shine. Registered in California with a clear title. All lights and blinkers work. Horn works. New seat belts. Windshield wipers work. Reverse lights are not hooked up and gas heater is not hooked up. The fuel line under the gas tank was disconnected. Car is very complete and does not need anything. Has all the original steel fenders. Hood opens and closes easily like it should. Car has never been hit in the front or rear. Does not need any body work or paint (unless you choose to paint it a different color). We added a glove box door. There are no holes cut in the body for speakers or anything like that. There are Bilstein shocks in front and rear. Has been garage kept.
Little things it could use are hood seal, runk seal, mall items like that.
We bought it to tow behind the motorhome and we just do not use it any more.
