1963 VW 15 window Deluxe Microbus

'63 VW 15 window Deluxe. Built April of '63. Found in a junk yard in South Carolina somewhere. Owned since '08. Has some soft spots and areas of rust, ut it all adds to the look. Have repair panels for most of it, ust have not gotten around to things.Lots of new upgrades, tc. WagensWest narrowed front beam, heir Bustang disc brakes. dual circuit master cylinder. Rear end is your usual straight axle kit with a stock 67 bug trans and brakes. Engine is currently a 1776cc well built engine, ual Dellorto carbs, cat, ene Berg, B Performance, ndVintage Speed parts used throughout. Recovered front and rear seats, ew door panels up front. EMPI GT steering wheel adapted to fit and Gene Berg shifter. Wolfgang Stainless front Safari windows. Oozing with Patina, ave driven lots of places on the east coast, s far down as Florida twice to Bulli Brigade. This bus is not for everyone. But for someone who wants to enjoy having a bus and simple driving it pretty much whenever/wherever!
