Description of 1977 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

This is your chance for a vintage VW convertable!!!Rustproofed and RUST FREE. A wonderful 1977 Super Beetle in Burgundy with white top and interior!It came to Indy from Southern California in 2007 where the owner had it painted burgundy [maroon]. had the vinyl convertable top replaced. redid all of the floor boards. upgraded all of the head lights and tail lights to halogen bulbs for brightness. and started working on the fuel injected engine. THAT is when his Dad started having heart issues and he stopped [for nealy 8 years]. His Dad was tired of having it taking up room in his two car garage and sold it to me. I put in a mid 60's 1600 upright engine in there and away we went. It still has the title with it from the previous owner due to the fact that I haven't had it that long and now would like to get a nice VW Bus for our DJ business. The interior is a bit incomplete. but I have the CD radio for it and the carpeting. but they are uninstalled at this point. Part of getting a great deal on a rust free VW Beetle is that you will get the joy of working on it a little before you start enjoying it. A+ opportunity to get a jump on the new year with a new car. with new Halogen headlights. "flat" Halogen tail lights. replacement dash. door seals. Flooring replaced; battery and brakes. Everything except the gas guage [and the radio] works on this car!!! Tires are great. rims are great. floors are great. heat channels are great. I am selling it to buy a VW Bus for our DJ services or I would keep it. It is for sale locally on Craigslist so you can find it on Indianapolis Craigslist if you want to see it there. You pick up in Indianapolis or we can arrange delivery for a fee within reason.
