Chassis:

The Chassis was disassembled and inspected each and every component, refurbishing & lowering the chassis with 2 - 1/2" drop spindles, the rear suspension is lowered 1.50 ". Replaced the front wheel bearings, axles assemblies, ball joints, tie rods, shocks, steering box & damper. Installed front disc brakes & rear drum brakes with 4 on 5 - 3/4 GM bolt pattern. Polished aluminum wheels by "Ridler" with 205/225 50 15 tires.

Motor:

Fresh built 1641 cc type 1 motor, for added performanc, installed 1:25:1 rocker arms, Bosch 009

distributor w/ Pertronix Ignitor ignition, rebuilt & re-jetted the carb and the custom dual stainless tip

exhaust provides reliable power for easy highway cruising. The Type I 4 speed transmission shifts

flawlessly, new clutch set, axles, new lines, hoses & cables.

Body:

To give this Speedster street rod look, the builder deleted the engine grill, dash brow, all badging & trim, license plate light, horn grills & door handles. The doors now operate with electric 35 lb. solenoids as well as manual inside handles.
Additional air intake ports were added and electric linear actuator that opens thedeck lid 2" while driving to give it a different look.

-Frenched the license plate box & blacked out the windshield frame, matching black aero bike mirrors .

-Body has been finished in a deep gloss BC/ CC GM Onyx black paint. LED bright front signals, rear.
