Extra nice 1974 VW Thing Model 181

Up for auction is a very clean 2 owner VW Thing Model 181. The original owner drove the car very little. The car was originally orange. The original owner had a professional paint job done in the current color of green. Then he decided to have the engine completely rebuilt before he sold it. The present owner is a collector of various automobiles. The current owner has not driven the car very much so has decided to sell it. The rebuilt engine has only about 25000 miles on it. The brakes have been completely rebuilt. The seats are in very good condition. The top is in great shape. The car is always garaged and has a cover that will be included. The tires are in very good shape. It has a factory roll bar. Comes with a tow bar and towing lights. A new radio was just installed. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts smooth. The speedometer works but the odometer just stopped working.

The winning bidder will be responsible for shipping. A $500.00 deposit will be required within 3 days after auction ends. The balance will be due 5 days after auction ends. Payment will be in the form of Certified Bank Check.
