Description of 1971 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia

First Off - NO TITLE - eBay won't allow that option for some reason. I can get a valid PA title within 90 days.
If you are looking at this camper, a pop-top VW, I'll assume you know what you are looking at, and what it is potentially worth when restored.
This is a 1971 model. It is complete MINUS engine and instrument cluster. ALL of the camping equipment is there (stove, fridge, table, bed, etc.)
It is the original paint - that is why I purchased it - you can see clearly EXACTLY what it needs - there is no previous restoration mess anywhere.
I've owned it for less than a week. My wife, the boss, saw it and said "Um, No". So I have to try & sell it or I get a divorce.
Pictures show all common rust areas. Floors are solid, needs rockers & doglegs, like every other 71 VW van ever made.
It is the best start to a camper restoration I have seen in a while. Go price these out when they are complete - it is an awesome investment.
It will take me 90 days to get the title, but I was not planning on getting one until I had it restored. Add $500 to the "Buy It Now" price and I will get you a valid PA title with 85,000 miles. This offer is only good with the BUY IT NOW option. If you bid & win, good for you, and you get the title (I'll tell you how, it is relatively easy but takes time)
I can store the vehicle for 30 days or so after purchase, but don't bid or buy unless you can pay in full within 72 hours, regardless of if you have picked it up or not. Wife is severely on my case.
Personally, I don't care if it sells. If it doesn't, I'll take 18 months and turn it into a $15000 vehicle. That is appreciating in value. Good God.
Sold as-is, where is, with absolutely no guarantees whatsoever, except as mentioned above. It does have a concrete guarantee - once you roll it off the concrete, it's yours. If it breaks in half, you get to keep both halves. Understand?
