Description of 1984 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

I am selling my 1984 Westy. I am only the second owner of this van - it has been a great van for me for the past three years. The previous owner was 50 when he bought the van and 80 when he sold it to me. Low miles - 134,500+. I have all the service records from the previous owner as well as most of my service records (some work done by a friend who is a certified mechanic so I don't have paper work for those). I've listed all of the repairs and installs that I have done in the past three years below. It lived in Alaska, Idaho and then Montana for all of its life so it has not been driven in any place that uses salt on the roads.
The previous owner had the upholstery professionally replaced and it is in excellent condition. Both the sink and the stove work. I pulled the fridge out and replaced it with the GW storage kit. There is an aftermarket sunroof which is much bigger than the original vent. It does have rear AC; I have never used it and am unsure if it is working. The PO told me that it worked when I bought the van, but I can't attest to that. The PO had a furnace installed (has a thermometer to set the temp), I have not used it either so again I can't attest to whether or not it works. I would imagine you could have it checked at a RV place before using.
Like most of these vans, it does have a minimal oil leak. I recently had it checked by a mechanic and he could not find a major leak. You just need to check it regularly and top it off when needed. There are some small spots of rust on three of the windows, rust on the driver's side on the seam which has really just started within the last year (the notorious place for rust on these), and some small spots of rust on the rear door near the lock (scratches from the key). The pop-top screen has some tears and the canvas has some very small holes. A small dent and scratch on the rear (picture included in photos). The material on the interior of the pop-top has started to bubble and flake in a couple of spots. Some fading on the original paint job.

I do have a GW luggage and pop-top seal kit that I have not yet installed that will be included with the van.
Overall this a really great condition Westy with the original paint. Every mechanic that has worked on it and is familiar with Westy's comments on how good of shape this one is in.
