Description of 1985 Volkswagen Jetta GL

Unbelievable find, 1985 Jetta GL with only 18500 miles, one owner from new, California and then Massachusetts, it did belong to elderly women that barely drove it.
This Jetta is rust free and all original car. For time period this Jetta was really well equipped, having power windows, power locks, power steering, sunroof, metallic paint, alloy whelks, premium interior, factory A/C....................
Few things have been replaced due to age, we have just done new brakes, front rotors and pads, even car didn't need it, passenger drive shaft as old one had torn boot, power window switches ( all 6 ) as they ware little sticky. It does have recent timing belt and exhaust system.
Starts right up, runs nice and smooth, drive just the same. Indestructible 1.8 lire engine mated with auto gearbox, runs EXCELLENT
Body has been treated with, what I think is Waxoyl, or at least something similar. What you can see on the pictures, yelllow-ish looking substance, on the rocker panels, floors underneath, door bottoms and cavities, its heavy WAX coat, rust protection.
Aftermarket Sanyo radio/cassette is at best decent, works but not much excitement there. Jetta also has "Chapman lock " security system. Comes with all the factory keys and books.
This is a new car that need no emissions, it is east to keep up with and will make someone really happy for short money.
Will come with 4 new tires, as it still sits on the originals, they are old and not safe. Slight curb rush on front two wheels, rear wheels are perfect.
