This is a survivor. It has been sitting in a garage for the past 30+ years just waiting to see the road again, and she also needs someone's love to be complete again. I thought I was that one but life is limiting me to less ones in my circle. I am the second owner have got her to where I will drive around town, but she needs more then I can give. She has only been a local of Colorado and transplanted to New Mexico, and back again. So she is no rust bucket. It has new shocks, fresh tune up. Carbs have been synchronized. The car runs strong. I get a shake in the steering between 45-50mph so I have purchased new ball joints upper and lower and new bearings. I also have new transmission mounts that will need to be installed. If you know much about variants or better yet the 1500s this is a very rare vehicle here in the states. this car still has the original motor and is six volt. Original to the car, owners manual, maintenance recorder and map are German /Germany. shes an unmolested one. if you notice in the pictures the tin, heater parts areoriginl and working. this would go great in someones collection. But if you insist bag it, channel and power up. I loaded a video to YouTube. ;"1965 Squareback 1500s Colorado", John smith.
