Description of 1971 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Deluxe

Sadly selling my Vw Bus. Would love to have made a few cross country trips in it but i have other finical needs and am forced to sell.
Bus has been 90% redone. Rebuilt motor, Mahle Jugs and pistons. Dual port heads, block is a 66 bug block with 1600cc jugs. Front disc Brakes! New brakes all around, calipers, rotors resurfaced, new hoses front and rear, and new master cylinder with upper reservoir. New shocks front and rear. New front windshield seal. Front floor boards have a little rust in each corner about 6 x 6 in. The rear hatch seal needs to be replaced. Cd player is not wired up. Bus is mostly orginial paint. Front has been touched up along with a couple spots on each side. Front seats are not original. The front of the bus on the driver side just below the corner of the windshield has had some minor body work done seen in the picture. Looks to be about a 6in. x 12in. spot. Doors are solid. The rear and center of the bus do not show any signs of rust. The original headliner is in very good shape with a few minor stains. Frame rails are solid. Tires have good tread but show signs of weathering. I would recommend they be replaced before any long drive. Biggest current issue that needs to be addressed is the tank is still clogging filters rather quickly. Tank was removed and cleaned several times, it was not rusty just filled with old gas. The wiring for the bus looks to be mostly original. All lights work except the high beams. Also in the pictures their is only one windshield wiper but i have both, i am waiting on the plastic spacer for the passanger side. I will have the second one installed before pickup. The bus has the original rubber floor mats up front, in the walk threw, and in the back. The are no rear seats for the bus. I have one rear seat i can include but is not original. The sliding door handle on the inside is missing.
Bus runs great. Fires right up everytime. But has only been driven locally and not on long trips.
