Description of 1989 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia

1989 VW Vanagon Westfalia, 2.1 Liter Motor 201,935 on odometer though it has approximately 61,000 miles on the rebuilt motor. I have owned this vehicle for approximately 2 years and have only put around 3,000 miles on it though I have put a ton of money and work into it. Not because I had to, I am just anal and like everything perfect. This Van is simply great all around. The black color on the vehicle is a Rhino coating that a previous owner did. It was an interesting choice and it actually looks kind of cool to me. The refrigerator was taken out to provide more storage space and since most of us take a cooler with us I have never put one back in. This vehicle is rust free with only a few very small surface rust areas about 1 inch by 1/8 inch. Below is a list of items that have been upgraded or work that has been done since I bought it and extras previously added before my purchase. The mechanic work was done by Mike at German Autowerks in Mesa AZ. I consider Mike to be the best around for quality work and he has worked on my other VW buses as well including rebuilding 2 different motors for me. Please check him out and his reviews. I assure you that you will not find a better one out there with more care and upgrades that this one has. By the way everything works even the back window washer. A guy asked me a great question that was interested in this Van though could not afford it. He asked if I was buying the Van what would be the first thing I did to it after I bought it. The answer is NOTHING! This thing is ready to roll and needs absolutely nothing to totally trust the mechanics right now.
