Nearly complete Karmann Ghia Convertible project car. I've had this car for 30 years but never quite had the time or money to complete it. Now, it's time to sell and pass it along to someone who will complete this amazing car. This has been a complete pan-up restoration that has taken place throughout the years. Here's a look at what has gone into the car... Powder coated pan and all chassis and suspension parts Porsche Chrome "Cup" wheels Drop spindles Narrow front beam Brand new 2100cc engine with less than 100 miles Kymco alternator Holly fuel pump External oil filter Dual carburetors Bosch ignition Brand new heavy duty five-speed transmission Kymco ceramic exhaust All brand-new body seals All original glass including rear window New VDO gauges Leather-wrapped dash Porsche seats Brand new wooden header bow and wooden rear bow with powder coated convertible top frame All newly re-chromed parts Custom chromed fiberglass bumpers with integrated front turn signals Four wheel disc brakes (Porsche 5-Lug) Power door locks New complete wiring harness Custom subwoofer enclosure I have nearly everything you'll need to complete the project (seals, parts, etc.) Still have most of the stock components which were removed Only needs new carpet, upholstery, and convertible top Body is nearly perfect except for a few imperfections from the many years in storage I want to find someone who is truly interested in getting this beautiful car on the road again.
