Description of 1971 Volkswagen MGTD

Needs wiring and dash to be finished(wood dash was damaged and is not included). Car was partially taken apart 5 years ago. Steering column not currently connected but will be if the buyer needs.
1971 Bug frame with IRS rear and manual transmission.
Clean title and current registration(no back fees)
Registered as 1971 Special construction. This pan and title can be used for any kit car if you want to change the body.
Solid floors, no rust.
Body is complete with all lights, bumpers, etc. Headlight and turn signals are off the car right now but are included and are in good condition.
Interior is driver and rear seat only. Has steering column with switches, ignition with key and steering wheel.
Comes with new top and seat covers.
Wring is there but needs to be finished. Tires hold air and the car is easy to move around.
Engine is out of the car and is $400 more if the buyer wants it. It is a stock 1600 dual port and has had recent top end work. It is not currently running and is sold as-is. It is complete with everything as is came out of the car. Was running when removed.
Can install if the buyer wants or can carefully but into the inside of the car.
