Description of 1956 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic |
This was a show car in 1986 and has been well taken care of since. The body and paint is in excellent condition. Has some updates since then. 5 inch narrowed beam and Empi fuchs(17 in in rear with 15's in front. Its on a highly detailed 1967 pan with no rust and super clean and painted metallic dark red. Runs and drives very good, 4 wheel disc brakes,1600 dual port engine, freeway flyer trans with aluminum side plate. Everything works except the oil temp as its not hooked up as no sensor on motor. It has no odometerjust a big tachometer.. 1 piece windows work excellent. Car was in Hot VW in 1986 with full spread I have the magazine. Has new tires, fuel lines, carburetor, and flamethrower electronic distributor. I have stock seats and new foam if you want them. Has a smallish paint blistering above decklid from water getting under a chip. Very clean car. This is a unique car and could be easily changed to more original vintage, but why the car is badass. You will love driving this car its very dependable and looks Awesome. I accept pay pal or money transfer. I have great feedback my word is gold. 500$ dollar pay pal deposit after winning bidder in 24hrs. I can assist in helping get car transported at your expense. On Jul-10-18 at 08:33:34 PDT, seller added the following information: A couple other things.. Leaks a little oil overnight as all do.. There is no rust and the pan is is super clean and painted with flames like on gas tank..The wheel wells are super clean with the same flames. It has the carburator window cutouts in the engine bay with Clear plexiglass covers. It used to have a dual carb motor and that is a common thing to cut out to get to carb jets and ease of removal. |
