1962 VW bus that I started restoring BUT my mom was diagnosed with Lymph node cancer so here we go....I have owned this bus since the summer of 1999, I am the 3rd owner. The bus has been my pride and joy and I never thought I would sell it, BUT my MOM takes priority over the bus and I need to sell it to help with the rising cost of my Moms treatments....<<ONLY ON EBAY>> The Bus has been in California since it arrived from West Germany in the winter of 1961/1962 in Los Angeles. The Bus is incredibly rust free for it's age. I started the Body work to preserve the metal. NO metal needs replacing, The Floor pans, Dog legs, Rocker panels Heater tube, Front floor metal, Dashboard roof, Rain gutters, rear corners is ORIGINAL. 12volt Big nutTransaxle is good, I have almost all of the new brake parts that need replacing that comes with sale. All electrical wire is installed and in excellent condition, 12v. Dual port 1600 Engine is out of bus, will include if it sells for right price. I am a LONG TIME Bus lover, so I know what I have. Title in my name and I will pay all DMV fees that is owed on bus for new owner. Even has ORIGINAL black and yellow license plate plates are restored that are included! MY RESERVE PRICE WILL NOT DROP!!! This is your opportunity to have a bus that is NOT a complete rusted piece of garbage that posers are trying to sell. From here you can turn the bus into anything!! It can be made into a deluxe 23 window with minimal effort, I was going to turn it into a camper. Serious Bidders only please, if you win the auction please follow thru with the sale. My Mom's life is not a joke to me..... This is hard for me to sell, so no Low Ballers looking for a deal, No Trades at all, No Tattoo work as payment. And no weed/drugs as trade. All the proceeds will go to my mom's medical bills...…… New owner responsible for shipping. Please ask any questions you have, I will respond as soon as I can. Thank you for your time.... MY RESERVE PRICE WILL NOT DROP. Also paint is in great almost like new condition, The bus was just dusty when I took photos. You can paint it any way you like when it's yours.
