The VW camper has become a hallmark of any car collection or fun vehicle that is always welcome at any show, parade or drive in. They are iconic in so many ways and continue to rise in value as the fun factor is endless in these VW bus setups. This very clean and unique VW Riviera edition type II camper is done extremely well and it is obvious that it has been well cared for and not neglected like so... many of these in the past. It is been kept in the South Dakota area its entire life with a stop now in Michigan. It was recently painted in the factory color about 14 months ago and fresh fluids and inspection recently done with two thumbs up report! Vehicle is very unique being a camper setup then sent to Riviera Motors in October of 1969 where it was converted into the camper setup with the center pop top along with full cabinets, cot, fold down rear couch, fold up dining table, interior lighting, wood floor, bamboo shelf, custom stool, curtains, and headliner. The bus is in excellent condition inside and out and runs flawlessly. Vehicle fires right up and cruises thru all gears with ease. All gauges are working properly and the rare tachometer functions along with all lights, wipers, heater, horn, and even the cigarette lighter. Exterior shows very well with freshly painted bumpers, good chrome and emblems. Vehicle has 110v hookup along with interior hookup and properly working slotted window. This is the one to own, not as common as the Westy version but more rare and the very cool paint scheme and A+ condition of the vehicle is bound to pay large dividends done the road for the next owner. Would highly recommend getting on the bus before the parade passes by you! To see over 80 photos of this car, including undercarriage please visit our website br/-
