You're buying a great running vehicle. I have receipt proof that the motor was totally rebuilt 5K miles ago by a reputable shop (not by hey my friend did it for me) $2,7000 It was being driven everyday when in CA This is a driver or part of collection. The person who I bought it from owned it for the last 18 years.
Title clean and clear
In Ca. the plates stay on the vehicle for life. You can drive it home right then if you buy it. Registration on the bug is good until March 2019
It has NO RUST!!! Or bondo anywhere I check with a magnet. Don't expect a show vehicle paint wise it's not priced that way either. It was repainted at some point probably within the last 3 years would be my guess. They did a pretty good job.
There is NOTHING mechanically wrong.
