Description of 1982 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

Selling my 1982 Volkswagen Vanagon Westy. I have only owned it for two years but everything has gone smoothly, I do not have the time/money to fix and update everything I want to, while still having a daily driver. Looking for 11k, obo.
-New engine with approx. 70k miles on it (replaced by the last owner who owned a VW shop)
-Recently replaced shift linkage (still needs new bushings)
-New interior fabric
-New slave and master cylinder
-New tires
-Has propane fed heating element and two tanks instead of the normal 1
-New battery
-I have never attempted to use the refrigerator and sink, was going to replace with solar, but never had time.
-Needs new propane regulator (~$40 if you can mount it yourself)
