Up For sale is my well loved and cared for 1971 VW Riviera bus. The bus has a clean title, is currently registered, and I have the pink slip in hand. New center link New steering damper New Blue coil New Alternator upgrade New aluminum pulley New stainless steel heater hoses New spark plug wires New fuel lines (fabric wrapped and stainless steel) Dual rebuilt Kadron carbs New dual throttle linkage from Kaddie Shack New Aluminum push rod tubes from Kaddie Shack New Clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, solid disk (not sprung) and throwout bearing New Clutch cable New Throttle cable with cable kit from Butty's bits New Hankook tires ( 215/75/R15 ) on black powder coated wide five rims. I still have the stock 14" rims with tires including the spare. New Koni shocks New steel braided brake lines New brake booster and master cylinder New slider door seal New driver and passenger seals from Germany (not installed) New CV axles, boots and bolts Stainless steel muffler New Halogen headlight conversion kit from Bus depot New clear turn signal lens for front New Jail bars on rear window Replaced the stock sliding windows with Jealousy louvered windows with new inner and outer seals. Still have original sliders. Yes, the bus has some rust but nothing structural There is some rust in the cab floor area but still solid Most of the rusted areas I have replacement sections for Some rust on rear lower corners (have steel replacements) Rusted battery tray (have steel replacement tray) Rust on lower part of sliding door (I have a whole rust free sliding door) Rust on the lower front windshield (I have a rust free replacement section) Rust free replacement rear hatch Rust free Louvered replacement engine hatch The pop top material is in great shape for its age. No rips or tears and all zippers function as they should. There is some staining but nothing serious. The original Pop top springs and bars were bent and were replaced with versions that were in better shape from another Riviera camper. This bus has been garaged and well taken care of since it has been in my possession. I am hoping to sell to someone who will take care of her in the same way and enjoy her for what she is.
