Description of 1988 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon , Westfalia, Subaru SVX engine

The ultimate build out by Subagon of Redding, CA. They stuffed a Subaru SVX motor into this 1988 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia and made a BEAST. This Westfalia passes with ease and shift nicely. It has ice cold A/C and custom black and orange interior. The exterior is painted in Sunset Pearl. It is beautiful!!! It will make someone extremely happy. All the camping equipment is present and accounted for. It has a three window pop top tent with hydraulic struts to help the top stay up. It also has a wired in solar panel to help power your electric items. It has a "big shot" shifter with a number 7 ball. I just drove this up to my Tahoe home and had a blast passing people along the way. It rides on 16 inch alloy wheels with Bridgestone Dueller LHT tires. Tires have deep tread. This Westy runs, stops and drives great. Small Car World Harness used in the conversion This was not a "backyard" build. It was professionally built and will last for years to come. It has custom bumpers front and rear. The rear has the two inch receiver for towing or putting on a bike rack. The rear also has a swing out spare tire carrier. South African grill and lights. All screens and covers present including the elusive sky light cover. The bottom half of the Westy is finished in black to give it a more rugged look and stance. If you have been searching for one that has passing power, rugged looks and cna take you to the beyond and back, your search is over. SVX motor has 60k on it and timing belt and water pump has been changed out. Selling this BEAST for NO RESERVE. Final bid gets to take her home.
