You have an opportunity to buy a beginners class builder. It has all of the typical rust for a VW bus but the frame is good. The last owner worked for UPS possibly a mechanic being that he replaced the front floor with aluminum typical of a UPS van. I say mechanic because of the perfect fit of the floor and mat. He drove it to work every day till his retirement at that time the motor was removed for a leaky rear seal and found it had to much end play which is the cause for the leaking seal. It has a oil cooler and filter built into the side of the engine bay. I have more pics and can get more if needed.
