1991 Volkswagen Vanagon Carat Multivan Owned since 2004 171,000 original miles 2.3L GoWesty engine upgrade 5-speed manual (yes, five) rebuilt last year 16” wheels with near-new Michelin Pilots. Lots of upgrades over the years. No bodywork ever. Mostly original paint which is fading in places. Not a spec of rust. I live in L.A. and it’s mostly garaged. Everything works (A/C, clock, audio…) It does come with the captains chairs (not shown in photos) About as good a condition as you’ll find on a 32-year old vehicle that’s used regularly. I have receipts for all the work from the last 19 years of my ownership. |
