low miles volvo

1989 240 Volvo,very low miles.(80,000)I have owned the car for10 years.It has been driven 3,000 miles sinceI bought the car.it needtypical Volvo cosmetics because of plastic cracking etc. tires have about 2500 miles on them,

Thedrivers door will need to be repaintedI hadthe doorpainted 9 years agoand they did a terrible job.so the clear is coming off. the rest of the car is original paint.

The car runs good, utthere are about $650 in back fees owed because I didn't get a non-op when it was in my storage.it has just been sitting for years
