This 1984 Volvo 240 runs, and just passed rigorous Massachusetts state inspection. 178,244 miles. Tires are brand new. Mechanically, it runs well enough to drive away, but needs the following work: air mass meter, flame trap; idle control valve needs cleaning. Body has had recent work to prep for new paint job, thus the yellow primer that you see in the pics. Restoration plans were abandoned when the front end was t-boned by another vehicle, which tore the bumper off. The bumper was replaced, but hood alignmment is off, although it opens and closes just fine. Entire front end body work was slightly shifted, but frame is fine. As part of previous restoration, floors have been repaired. Some of the interior plastics are cracked or broken. Nice Pioneer 4-speaker stereo. Please expand all of the pics to see condition. It can be driven away or transported. If you need to transport it, I can recommend a reliable company. Picking up or transporting is buyer's responsibility. Thanks for looking!
